The North East Borough is issuing a Boil Water Advisory effective immediately for all residential, commercial and industrial customers of the North East Borough Water system. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) issued a Field Order requiring the boil water advisory to the North East Borough Water Department as a result of a PADEP scheduled filter plant inspection.
