CANNONSBURG, Pa. – Grove City freshman Chase Karenbauer captured first place at 107 pounds at the prestigious Powerade Tournament on Saturday. Karenbauer capped off his impressive tournament with a 5-3 ultimate tiebreaker win over Jojo Burke of St. Joe’s Regional (N.J.). Karenbauer won three matches by decision and another by tech fall on his way to the finals.
