Local water park hopes to make a splash with their New Year’s celebration

Splash Lagoon on Peach Street hosted its New Year’s Eve Medieval Party, inviting people to enjoy the last day of the year at the waterpark.

Families spent the day enjoying a live animal show, visits from princesses, arts and crafts, and of course, waterslides.

Kids also went head to head in lily pad jousting, where opponents put their balance to the test in a friendly competition.
