Erie police charge fourth suspect in fatal shooting of 17-year-old boy in December

Erie police have filed criminal homicide and other charges against an 18-year-old city man accused of driving a car that gunshots were fired from on Dec. 17, killing a 17-year-old boy and seriously injuring another teen.

Cire J. Brown-House is facing 21 criminal charges in the shooting at West 31st and Liberty streets that killed 17-year-old Armoni Cantu, including criminal homicide, first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and attempted homicide.

Brown-House had not been arraigned as of Friday morning on the charges, which were filed on Dec. 26, according to court records. He is charged in the crime along with three others: Jahmeir Bibbs, 17; Martavion C.D. Thompson, 18; and Jamarion J.L. Boone, 17.

Thompson and Bibbs, who is charged as an adult, are in custody and are being held without bond, with both tentatively scheduled to appear in court for their preliminary hearings on Thursday. Boone, who is also charged as an adult, had not been arraigned on the charges he faces as of Friday morning, according to court records.
