Erie Police have charged a fourth suspect in connection to the fifth and final homicide of 2024, in the city. Police charge 18-year-old Cire Brown-House with a number of charges, including criminal homicide. Also charged in the case are Jahmeir Bibbs and JaMarion Boone, both 17, and 18 year old Mar-Tavion Thompson.
