Police charged a driver with homicide in connection with a crash in May on Interstate 83 that killed a motorcyclist who was trying to pass his vehicle. Ray Hacker, 31, of York, was charged with two felonies: homicide by vehicle, and aggravated assault by vehicle as well as five traffic citations after the May 19 morning crash that killed a motorcyclist on his 21st birthday.
