A Westfield woman is facing several charges after an investigation into a rollover crash that took place in the village last weekend. Westfield Police and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the intersection of Pearl Street and Clinton Street shortly before 1:30 AM Saturday. On arrival, authorities found that the vehicle had struck a street sign and a utility pole. The driver, later identified as 23-year-old Brooklyn Bane, allegedly fled the scene on foot, but was located a short time later at her residence. Officers say further investigation found that Bane was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and suffered injuries in the crash.
