Jamestown man sentenced for promoting contraband after killing 2 under the influence of meth

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man was sentenced for promoting contraband on Monday after he caused the deaths of two separate people in two separate incidents while under the influence of meth, according to the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office.

In January 2022, Randall Rolison, 61, hit and killed 15-year-old Alexis Hughan in Jamestown. He was convicted of second-degree manslaughter.

That December, Rolison drove through a stop sign in Arkwright and crashed into a truck driven by Linda Kraemer and her husband. Kraemer was killed and her husband was injured. Rolison was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide.
