COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ashtabula Lakeside High School’s 242 seniors will be able to graduate on time after Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine signed House Bill 43 into law on Monday.
The bill, which waives required minimum instructional hours for Lakeside, came following a partial roof collapse shortly after Thanksgiving that was caused by heavy lake effect snow.
