Erie County health officials believe measles outbreak ‘contained’; host vaccine clinic

Erie County health officials said they believe a recent measles outbreak that has infected eight people might be contained.

They are the first reported measles cases among county residents since 1991 and are part of a nationwide outbreak that has infected more than 800 people in 24 states so far in 2025.

None of the eight county residents infected has required hospitalization…
