York City Police have accused a patient of assaulting a registered nurse and threatening to kill staff members at WellSpan York Hospital, according to court records.
Luis Daniel Gonzalez, 36, of the 200 block of North Newberry Street in York, has been charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony; simple assault, terroristic threats, institutional vandalism and other offenses.
He was committed to York County Prison with bail set at $500,000, according to online court records…
