( WJET/WFXP )– A chaotic scene unfolded at the Saint Vincent Hospital campus on Tuesday after a car crashed through a window of the Hardner Building.
Calls went out for that single-car crash around 1:07 Tuesday afternoon, with the car crashing completely into a first-story window of the building next to the emergency department.
According to a statement from Saint Vincent, a valet driver was behind the wheel at the time of the crash, with firefighters saying they had to be extracted from the vehicle.
The driver received treatment at the emergency department and is described as being in stable condition. No staff members were in the affected office at the time of the crash…
