FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – A Reno man is facing a felony retail theft charge after allegedly under-ringing over $155 worth of merchandise at a Cranberry Township Walmart on multiple occasions, with the last incident occurring on April 6, 2025, according to court documents.
Jose Luis Rosado, 42, is accused of under-ringing items, including a space heater, torque wrench, hair clippers, and a loofah.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Trooper Lester A. Boots of the Franklin-based Pennsylvania State Police, a Walmart employee had been observing two individuals under-ringing and concealing store merchandise since January 25, 2025.
