A former school building in the north county that has been vacant for more than four decades is slated to be torn down later this month. That’s according to Chautauqua County IDA CEO Mark Geise, who recently announced that the transfer of the ownership of the former Silver Creek High School building to Silver Creek Apartments, LLC is now complete.
