City Working with Elected Officials in Efforts to Repower NRG Plant

The City of Dunkirk is working with Chautauqua County, along with state and federal elected officials, in efforts to repower the former NRG plant. That’s the word from City Planning and Development Vince DeJoy, who spoke about the matter during Tuesday’s Common Council meeting.
