A deadly shooting Sunday is under investigation after police were called to a Millcreek Township apartment complex for a report of a man breaking car windows with a hammer, according to investigators.
It happened just before 7:30 p.m. at 1660 Treetop Dr. at The Reserve at Millcreek, which is located along Kuntz Rd.
