Jamestown Police Execute Search Warrant, Seize Narcotics and Arrest Two on Drug and Child Endangerment Charges

(WNY News Now) – On June 19, 2025, Jamestown law enforcement agencies conducted a coordinated search warrant at a South Main Street residence, resulting in the seizure of cocaine, fentanyl, and related drug paraphernalia, and the arrest of two adults on multiple charges including child endangerment.

In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 19, narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Jamestown Police Department, and Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 278 S. Main Street, Jamestown. The operation involved the Jamestown Police SWAT team, who made entry into the residence.

Inside the home, officers found 55-year-old Thomas A. Kimbrough Sr., 35-year-old Samantha M. Perez, and four juveniles. During the search, authorities seized approximately 34 grams of cocaine, 1.9 grams of fentanyl, digital scales, packaging materials commonly used for drug distribution, and $1,920 in cash.

Following the seizure, both Kimbrough and Perez were charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Both defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in City of Jamestown Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law…
