New City of Erie restaurant 24/Seven Eatz hosts grand opening Sunday

A new restaurant made its debut in the City of Erie, bringing some southern soul food up north.

A group of Erie siblings opened up 24/Seven Eatz Sunday afternoon in honor of their late mother. They hosted their grand opening on her birthday.

Gallery Night takes place at multiple Erie locations

One owner said they’re turning their mother’s vision of opening a restaurant into a reality.

The restaurant on Brown Avenue serves up family recipes like burgers, collard greens and homemade desserts, and the co-owner said the food isn’t to die for, but rather to live for.
