(WJET/WFXP)– Prosecutors in Chautauqua County have accused a Jamestown, New York, man of pulling the trigger in a shooting that happened earlier this year.
Jamestown police and the Chautauqua County District Attorney announced the unsealing of a secret indictment of 19-year-old Marquan Cunningham-Carper of Jamestown, charging him with first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

That shooting happened back on May 8 in the area of North Hopkins Avenue and East 2nd Street, striking one person several times in the back, who received treatment and was later released from the hospital.
