Three highly ranked prospects have been called up to the double-A Erie SeaWolves, the club announced Sunday evening.
Top prospect Kevin McGonigle, number two prospect Max Clark and number four prospect Josue Briceno will join the SeaWolves after call-ups from high-A West Michigan and single-A Lakeland.
The club will announce corresponding moves ahead of the team’s upcoming series in Harrisburg that begins on Tuesday evening (July 8th).
Clark has appeared in 67 games this season with West Michigan hitting .284 with seven home runs.
For McGonigle, he has appeared in 42 games between West Michigan and Lakeland this season hitting .358 with seven home runs.
Briceño has appeared in 54 games with West Michigan this season batting .292 with 15 home runs…
