CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. — Since Lakeshore Hospital closed in 2020, Northern Chautauqua County has lacked essential drug rehabilitation and mental health services. Now, local leaders say that gap will soon be filled.
New York Medical Center plans to reopen the facility, located in the former Lakeshore Hospital building, with a timeline to begin offering services this year.
