A construction barrier in front of the Erie Art Museum’s Customs House is getting a creative makeover, thanks to local muralist Raeann Krueger.
Commissioned by the Museum, Krueger began transforming the plain structure into a vibrant public art piece during the week of July 4. The mural will culminate in a community art event in August.
