Police say suspect pushed victim to the ground multiple times during argument witnessed by toddler
(WNY News Now) – WESTFIELD, NY — A 24-year-old Westfield man was arrested following a domestic dispute that occurred on July 9, 2025 on Route 20, where a physical altercation reportedly took place in the presence of a child.
According to the Westfield Police Department, officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at the residence. An investigation revealed that Levi A. Cross was involved in a verbal argument with a female victim that escalated when he allegedly pushed her to the ground multiple times. The incident reportedly occurred in front of a 3-year-old child.
Police say Cross fled the scene before officers arrived. He was later located on July 10, 2025, during a separate incident at the same address. Officers executed an arrest warrant and took Cross into custody without further incident…
