SPARTA TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A 69-year-old Corry man was cited for following too closely after his car struck the back of a horse and buggy in Sparta Township, Crawford County, according to a report from state police.
According to the State Police in Corry, the crash happened around 1:40 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, on Britton Run Road.
