One of Erie’s summer festivals has officially wrapped up for the summer, after what some organizers said was a successful run.
The Blues and Jazz Festival came to an end after a weekend of music, food and vendors at Frontier Park.
Dozens of events will be hosted around Erie for National Night Out
Ryan Patsy, a Blues & Jazz Festival board member, said he estimates around 8,000 people came to enjoy the event over the weekend.
He said the board is still counting the numbers, but so far, they’ve raised about $30,000 from the festival.

“We are very excited that we had a successful festival,” said Patsy. “We couldn’t have asked for better weather, and because of that, I think a lot of the city turned out to support this festival that we’ve had for decades now.”…
