State police asking for help identifying driver in deadly July hit-and-run

(WJET/WFXP)– Pennsylvania State Police are once again asking the public for their help in identifying the driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Waterford last month.

That crash happened on July 19 around 1:21 am on July in the 12000 block of Route 19 in Waterford and claimed the life of 33-year-old Justin Puckly from Waterford.

Police said that after the crash, the driver fled, going through the Route 19 / Route 97 roundabout, continuing south on Route 19, and proceeding on Route 19 south of Church Road between 1:10 and 1:19 a.m.

Police said both the car and Puckly were heading south on Route 19 at the time of the crash…
