Chautauqua County and the State University of New York at Fredonia are collaborating on the possibility of developing a public forensic crime lab. Both entities have announced that they have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to conduct a feasibility study on establishing the lab on the SUNY Fredonia campus, a first-of-its-kind for the county if it comes to fruition.
