A woman from North East, Pennsylvania is facing a harassment charge after an incident that began when she accused someone of stealing her engagement ring from her parked vehicle in the Town of Westfield earlier this month. Westfield Police were called to the area of the Barcelona Pier on August 1st for a reportedly larceny from a vehicle and spoke with 33-year-old Kylee Moore, who alleged that an unknown male on the beach had stolen the ring. Officers located the male, who cooperated fully and voluntarily allowed them to examine several rings in his possession. Police say none of the items matched the description provided by Moore.
