(WJET/WFXP)– Marisa Rodriguez, the woman accused of killing a 66-year-old Erie man in 2023 after his remains were found in a burn pit, has pleaded guilty to several charges related to the investigation.
According to Erie County District Attorney Elizabeth Hirz, Rodriguez, 37, pleaded guilty to criminal homicide and abuse of a corpse in Erie County Court for the murder of 66-year-old Michael Maisner.
