A 3-month-old boy is undergoing treatment at a Pittsburgh hospital after Erie police accused the child’s father of shaking the baby and inflicting other injuries on him earlier this month.
The father, Gregory L. Aubrey, 22, was arraigned Aug. 28 on felony counts of endangering the welfare of children and aggravated assault and on misdemeanor counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Erie 5th Ward District Judge Paul Bizzarro set bond at $100,000.
