The spirit of Scotland makes a return to Edinboro this weekend.
The 31st annual Highland Games and Scottish Festival is getting started Friday night with a fiddle workshop and national competitions throughout the weekend in the Pogue Student Center.

“We are Edinboro. We embrace the tartan and all of the types of Scottish traditions that they do,” said Lisa Keating, director of the Edinboro Highland Games. “Everybody gets to be together as a family.
