Two Charged with Felony Criminal Contempt in Hanover Altercation

Two residents in the Town of Hanover are facing charges following a report of an altercation late Wednesday afternoon. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies were called to 12168 Allegany Road shortly before 5:45 PM and charged 71-year-old Vincent Tundo and 36-year-old Jaralyn Majak with felony counts of 1st-degree criminal contempt after determining that both allegedly violated a duly served order of protection. Deputies add that Tundo allegedly struck someone, while Majak is accused of damaging property. Tundo was additionally charged with 2nd-degree harassment, while Majak has also been charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief.
