BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Absolut Care in Chautauqua County will be closing on Oct. 20, the facility announced in August.
Last week, the facility, which is located at 26 Cass St. in Westfield, posted a WARN notice to New York State’s Department of Labor website announcing that 93 workers will be affected by the closure.
The move comes just over a year after the union reached a two-year agreement with the facility, in addition to three other Absolut Care facilities, located in Allegany, East Aurora, and Orchard Park, which remain open.
