Police and SWAT teams from Erie and Millcreek responded to reports of a suspicious male carrying an AR-style rifle near Summit Plaza in Millcreek on Thursday night.
The individual was described as a young adult white male, but no specific threats or criminal activity were identified. Despite a thorough search, the suspect was not found, and the operation was called off after several hours.
