(WNY News Now) – Deputies say a Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges after a late-night traffic stop in Chautauqua County.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle in the Town of French Creek shortly after 12:27 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The driver, identified as 32-year-old Carson T. Chesley of Wattsburg, Pennsylvania, was found to have allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to use a turn signal.
Further investigation determined Chesley was operating without a valid license and was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Deputies charged him with failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to use a turn signal, unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated (DWI), and DWI per se…
