(WJET/WFXP)– The Jamestown, New York, man accused of having more than 3 ounces of meth in his home at the time of a 2023 probation check will spend the next several years in state prison.
Donavan Paquette, 29, of Jamestown, was sentenced to six years in state prison by Judge David Foley on October 6 after pleading guilty to one count of third-degree controlled possession of a controlled substance.

Paquette was indicted for second and third-degree controlled possession of a substance and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon by a Chautauqua County Grand Jury in November 2023 after being arrested earlier that month.
