(WNY News Now) – Deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Portland woman wanted on multiple felony warrants following a tip that led to her location Thursday night.
PORTLAND, N.Y. — On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies received information that a woman with multiple outstanding felony warrants was at a residence in the Town of Portland.
Deputies, assisted by Narcotics Investigators, responded to the home and confirmed the presence of 43-year-old Rachel A. Blanchard of Portland. During the warrant check, Blanchard was taken into custody without incident…
