The Erie Humane Society is working to reunite a cat with its owner after being separated for months.
Back in June, a man named Eric was moving to El Campo, Texas from Buffalo, New York. He stopped in Erie with his fourteen year-old cat, Eddie, to spend the night.
But, Eddie found a hole in the hotel walls and got lost.
As Emily McCullor, the Director of Business and Marketing with the Erie Humane Society explained, “Eddie is a little nervous when he’s in new situations, so he likes to hide and it seems he must have gotten himself stuck in this hole. The owner thought he has disappeared, he couldn’t find him and he gave up hope. So, this was in June, Eddie was found at the end of September at the Pilot station near the casino.”…
