FREDONIA, N.Y. — Kaleida Health and Brooks TLC Hospital System have submitted an application to the NY State Department of Health to build a new hospital in Fredonia.
The new facility will replace the existing Brooks Memorial Hospital in nearby Dunkirk, parts of which were built in 1942.
