Jamestown woman appears in court on felony drug charges

(WJET/WFXP) – The Chautauqua County woman charged in relation to a bust of over 4 ounces of methamphetamine appeared for her preliminary hearing.

According to court documents, 23-year-old Micayla L. Blair of Jamestown had her preliminary hearing in Jamestown City Court on Nov. 5 before Judge George Panebianco.

Blair was initially held without bail after her felony arrest on Oct. 30, though court documents show her bail status as released on recognizance.

Police arrested Blair after allegedly finding 128.3 grams (about 4.5 ounces) of meth, along with scales used for distribution, as part of a search warrant being served at 119 William St. in Jamestown, NY.
