Man on Probation Charged with Providing Alcohol to Four Underage Individuals

A Jamestown man who is on Chautauqua County Probation is facing several charges after he allegedly provided alcohol to people who are underage. Jamestown Police were called to a residence on the city’s east side for a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at about 1:00 AM Tuesday and found the vehicle that contained 21-year-old Jose Tochimani-Garmon. Officers say Tochimani-Garmon fled on foot towards his residence while they were speaking with the vehicle’s occupants, and he was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. An investigation found that Tochimani-Garmon allegedly gave the alcohol to two juveniles under the age of 18 and two other passengers who are 20 years old and consumed the alcohol in the vehicle with them.
