STEUBEN TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police say an Oil City man was cited after rear-ending a horse and buggy while driving on Route 8 in Crawford County.
The crash occurred around 6:07 p.m. on November 20. Troopers responded to the scene on State Route 8, just north of Five Corners Road in Steuben Township.
