Conneaut, Pa (WJET/WFXP)– State police have now formally charged the SCI Albion inmate who they said was responsible for strangling his cellmate to death back in late October.
According to court paperwork, criminal homicide charges against 33-year-old Dylan Lesnik were filed on December 2.

In an interview with Pennsylvania State Police, Lesnik stated that he used his arms to suffocate 25-year-old Andy Ortiz in their cell.
