Erie County restaurant inspections for Nov. 19-Dec. 3

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded Nov. 19-Dec. 3.

One critical violation

UPMC Hamot, 201 State St. (Raw chicken found in cooler/refrigerator that was holding at 46-47 degrees.) Dec. 3

Hickory Farms, 120 Millcreek Mall, Millcreek Township. (Cheese balls and cheese spreads were found at 45-54 degrees.) Nov. 26. Reinspected and corrected Nov. 28.
