St. Jude the Apostle Parish to Refund Purchasers of Raffle Tickets

St. Jude the Apostle Parish has announced a refund process for those who purchased 2024 Winavette tickets in what turned out to be a bogus game of chance.

According to a statement from the Diocese of Erie, the decision comes after an internal audit and an ongoing investigation by the office of the Erie County District Attorney into how former parish priest Father Ross Miceli executed the raffle.
