Firefighters from several departments braved windy and frigid conditions while battling a blaze Wednesday night in the Town of Mina. Chautauqua County dispatchers say the fire occurred at an Amish shop at 9459 Bailey Hill Road shortly after 9:00 PM. Crews from Findley Lake, Sherman, Clymer, South Ripley, North Lake and Greenfield Township responded to the scene. According to the Stanley Hose Company, firefighters successfully prevented the fire from spreading to nearby structures. One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. Crews were on scene for about three hours.
