Understanding Health Code Violations: Insights From Chautauqua County

Each month, health code inspectors in Chautauqua County visit restaurants and other spots that prepare food. The inspectors are tasked with making sure restaurants, schools, hotels, legions, and even fire stations are following the safety protocols.
