Habitat for Humanity handed over the keys to a new homeowner on Friday after months of preparation.
Desheia Brown has put in more than 400 hours of sweat equity to finally receive the keys to her new house.

On Friday afternoon, Brown signed her name to close the mortgage on the house, which she will share with her fiance and two teenage boys.
She said that she’s excited to decorate and celebrate Christmas with her family in the new home, but also put her new homeowner skills into action.
