Monday morning, around 6 a.m., Sean Silman, the director of operations for Mellon Heritage Veteran’s Outreach and Wellness Campus, received a call from the fire department in North East. The sprinkler system at their main building had gone off.
“There was no fire, but we did experience some severe flooding,” said Silman.
