A raffle held by the Diocese of Erie that ended with no winner chosen has many asking questions, including Action News. On Tuesday night, the Diocese of Erie answered questions we sent to them.
We asked them what was needed for proof of purchase. In their email to us, they said it could include the date of purchase, ticket number, amount paid, email address used or a copy of the email receipt.

They also said that if the payment was made in cash, provide as many details as you can to help verify the purchase.
